How many times do students experience these panic attacks in front of those intimidating exam halls? Students are committing suicide to get out of these panic attacks, bizarre! This is a serious issue! In my opinion, both the "most prepared" and the "least prepared" students forget to control their breath while inside exam halls. This tendency to hold our breath very tightly is usually caused by lack of confidence and sleep disorders. Some wise guys might think: "yeah, we can control ourselves." But there are others out there who are not capable of handling this sort of stress. To them, panic attacks and blood pressure hit the roof just as they enter into the exam hall. The fear takes over and they are desperate to remember anything. What makes it worse is that most students fail to give importance to this stress. I believe that "self-created limitations" and delusions of failure can also cause this stress. To triumph over this fear, all we need to do is to take a deep and long breath; fill your abdomen with fresh air and exhale slowly for at least 10 times. This would surely relieve the stress (I tried it; and it works like a charm). It's great to get to the hall early as it might helps you "familiarize" with the surroundings. Remember, there is no way a student can write an exam with brute courage. Why? Because exams do not involve any physical feats; and this stress conflicts with whatever you do inside the exam hall.
