This look is very Rainbow Connection and we love it! Here are the steps to a great, colorful eye: 1. Uplifting sweep of primer with a nylon brush, thin layer. 2. On the center bottom of the lid, apply the light green shadow. 3. With a small, angled nylon brush, grab some of the dark green and apply inward on the outer, lower corners of the eye and blend. 4. Use a light nylon brush to blend. 5. Add some of the blue with a thin, angled brush on the bottom lids. 6. Gently add red shadow from the inner corner of the eye working towards the outside. 7.
